This project aims to develop a drying system for a variety of agricultural products, including rice, coffee, pepper, and macadamia nuts. The system is designed to improve the quality of dried products while significantly reducing drying times. By enhancing product quality and process efficiency, the project will help local farmers achieve higher prices for their goods.
This initiative is being carried out in collaboration with the local university in Quy Nhon, which will analyse the collected data to further optimize the system. Insights gained from this research will support continuous improvements through online updates and guide the development of future drying installations.
